Setting up ticket transcript log

first, make a private channel only you and other staff/moderators can see click here if you don't know how to do that. it is highly recommended that you do that so you do not leak information about someone to the whole server.

go to the server list https://spartbot.xyz/servers

Click on 'dashboard' next to the server you would like to edit

then click 'tickets' you then will be redirected to the tickets page

Click on 'edit panel'

then click 'Edit' again, then a menu will pop up

now click 'none' to open up the list of channels then select your moderators/staff private channel click 'save' when you are done
